PIPEON Project Announced as Contributor to the 11th International Conference on Sewer Processes and Networks (SPN11)

The PIPEON Project is proud to announce its upcoming participation and contribution to the 11th International Conference on Sewer Processes and Networks (SPN11), taking place from the 19th to the 22nd of May 2026.

Hosted by the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), SPN11 continues a prestigious tradition of triennial excellence. Following successful previous editions in Rotterdam (SPN8), Aalborg (SPN9), and Graz (SPN10), this year’s conference will bring together the world’s leading experts under the auspices of the Sewer Systems and Processes Working Group (Joint IAHR/IWA).

Spotlight on Sewer Asset Management
As part of the official program, PIPEON will lead a critical discussion on the digital transformation of the industry. On May 19th, we will co-host a workshop titled: “Self-healing pipes or more AI, let’s discuss the future of sewer asset management.”

In collaboration with the AI:Liner project, this session will explore the intersection of physical infrastructure and digital intelligence. We will present our latest findings on how AI-driven insights can optimize maintenance cycles, prevent failures, and extend the lifecycle of critical sewer assets.
